the universe speaks
reading the healing code and know that it holds wisdom i need to bring into my life. it is like the universe is speaking to me. re-programming the unproductive self talk and mastering emotions. no mean feat but muchly needed. i met two inspiring souls on this trip and that is more proof that the universe delivers what you need just in time when your soul is ready. gratitude.

i completly agree - when your're on the way into the light - you'll finde the right things, universe - is helping everyone who opens the heart.
love is the most powerful force.
yesterday i had a very deep meditation about forgiveing myself - takeing responsibility about promlems i (have) had with a person - i was angry with her but infact, i made a lot of mistakes and she had to react like she did. i was hurt by her reaction - but it was ME who did wrong - seeing that and forgiving me for my angry feelings - was not easy.
i did it with the rose meditation. here how it works
you see, and feel a rose circle on your heart which is growing by rotating faster and faster until i'm in a rose could. (rotation direction heart - up to left soulder down tho solarplex up to right shoulder - head - left shoulder)
then i see myself in a mirror and say to me - God bless me and i love myself - then i see the person i have the promlem with (mother, chief...and soo on), and say to this peson - God bless you and i love you - and i forgive myself for what i think you have done to me. (
(befor a reaction comes to me - i have alwys done something to get this reaction - even ages ago ;-)or lifes befor i did the action)
a very helpful meditation - it helps things to change.
sometimes it's hard work beeing able to say and to feel love that person. and to forgive myself for what i have ever done.
i had infact months and more for few persons until real love could flow.

a little correction to the rose-meditation:
when you see yourself in the mirror
you say : GOD Bless me, i forgive me and I love me (myself) - then you see the other person you want to love - or you want to send Light to it and say God bless you and I love you - and I forgive for what I think you have done to me.....
(if you have a problem with the person - if not if you only want to sehnd light to her/him there is no need to say it)
but how easylie are we hurt by someone......big smile

Isn't it so great how that happens and you get what you need when you need it? I just need to learn patience.
yea, frinds up there in the light know us so well an help us anytime we aske for help.
being thankful for what's coming is our part ;-)
