the craziness continued, went to the movies in yorkville yesterday and there was a stalled car in the one way street running past the theatre. brakes were frozen so he could not be pushed out of the way, car upon car was backed up -- on hold until the tow truck was to arrive. 2 hours later. similiarly, en route to the movies i passed dundas and ossington blocked off by a cop car. 4 firetrucks parked. madness.
